I've always enjoyed working with felt. It's comes in alot of fun colors, affordable (at least the ones you can buy at the craft store) and easy to use. I started making felt toys when I was pregnant with Lily. I was having frequent back pains that I ended up spending alot of time sitting. So just not to get bored, I started making felt food toys for Paolo. It started with one vegetable and after that....I'm hooked! It's addicting.:)) Soon after I didn't realized how much I've made already.
It's almost 2 years since the last time I made these toys. The toys are starting to show it's age that the kids are ignoring it and wouldn't play with it anymore. So it's time to make new ones! I was too happy to do it.:)
This is a fun thing to do but very time consuming. Most of the detailed designs are hand stitched not to mention cutting all those detailed pieces. I'm not complaining though because I do enjoy it. It helps as well when you see the finished product and how adorable they look.:)
So are these the kinds that are safe for infants to put in their mouths?...diba mahilig sila magsubo? Cos if they are, girl, you have a market out there indeed! They look awesome!!!
ReplyDeleteAs far as I know these are safe for kids kasi these are used for kids crafts. Although I do have to research more about it just to be sure before I sell them for babies.:)
